The spine nearby, has to work in the range but if it doesn’t, it will cause an injury.

Thoracic spine is the key point to protect neck and back injury

Thoracic spine assists the movement of cervical spine and lumbar in the middle and it is the important part that protects movement for neck and back.

Exercise and stretching for T-spine mobility

Stretching using Foam roller
Lie down and put the foam roller under your thoracic spine.
Gently roll up and down the length of your thoracic spine over a foam roller. Support your head while gently driving your chin downward.

Flexible movement and working range of thoracic spine are directly connected to the shoulder's condition.
